Sildenafil citrate mechanism of action is associated
with the release of nitric oxide in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation
that results in activation of an enzyme called guanylate cyclase that causes an
increase in the level of cyclic guanosine monophosphate that leads to the
smooth muscle relaxation in corpus cavernosum and hence increases the inflow of
blood.

eye disease for example retinitis pigmentosa.

The recommended starting dose of Sildenafil citrate is
50mg per day in a single dose. Do not take this medicine more than once a day.
The recommended time of taking Kamagra oral jelly is one hour or at least 30
minutes before sex. Consult your doctor if you experience too strong or too
weak effect after taking kamagra oral jelly, or if you do not experience
erection or erection happen for only a short duration of time. The maximum
recommended dose of Sildenafil citrate is 100mg/once a day as the efficacy of
this medicine does not increase after 100mg of dose.
Do not take Kamagra oral jelly if you are under 18 years of age.
Note: Kamagra oral jelly can be taken with or without food but if you take
this medicine with food it will take a longer time to get the onset of
response.
Always take this medication in a dose recommended by
your doctor or pharmacist as the high dose causes severity in side effects. If
you take more sildenafil citrate than you are recommended, you must immediately
consult your doctor.
Some of the common side effects associated with use of
kamagra oral jelly are: nausea, indigestion, headache, blurred vision or
disturbance in vision, dizziness, facial flushing or hot flush in upper body
and stuffy nose.

effects or any other side effect, stop using this medicine and consult your
doctor.
This
medicine does not require any special conditions of storage. Keep this medicine
out of reach and sight of children.
Do not use this
medicine after its expiry date, mentioned on the pack and blister strip.
